If I have my pellet stove cleaned by a company other than Enchanted Fireside, will my warranty be affected in any way?

Neither Enchanted Fireside nor our manufacturers authorize any outside company to service our customer's pellet stoves and inserts.  If you are contacted by any outside company claiming to be authorized by Enchanted Fireside to perform service, please report it to us.


Only the Enchanted Fireside Service Team is factory-authorized to service your stove or insert.  We understand the investment you have made, and have a vested interest in keeping you Warm & Happy!  With our specific manufacturer training and experience with our stoves, we know how to maintain the stoves thoroughly without damaging any of the component parts.  Our technicians perform the full manufacturer's recommended maintenance, including manifold breakdown & cleaning, internal heat exchanger cleaning, fan blade cleaning, and testing of all components.  We also stock replacement parts in our vans, so if anything may need replacement, they can usually take care of it on the same trip - without you losing another day of work. 


On the stoves we sell, the manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects.  However, if parts on your stove are broken by a technician in the process of servicing your stove, that technician would be responsible for the replacment of those parts.
